Project Review
Kaamel is launching an innovative Privacy Center Platform to produce privacy related policies automatically, which helps businesses comply with data privacy regulations and gives business owners more control over their information.
Due to the limitation of small business and the lack of professional knowledge of privacy laws, small businesses face many challenges in the process of expanding their businesses.
To address this, we have developed a dashboard that provides a clear overview of data usage and allows for quick and easy action on any privacy-related issues. With this new feature, customers will have increased visibility to their data, enabling them to work more efficiently and effectively.

Context
Privacy Center, a SaaS product that enables users to generate privacy-related policies automatically with AI. I joined Kaamel Technology in Sep, 2024. At that time, Kaamel just built up one year ago. Our major challenge was how to compete for users with competitors like Onetrust & transcend, etc. which had been active in the market for over 5 years.
As the only designer, I collaborated closely with engineers, project managers, and co-founders to design and launch a privacy center. My initial goal was to develop and launch the Privacy Center from scratch within a 2-month timeframe. We focus on growth design on user acquisition to increase product visibility, Through iterations, we expanded our customer base to over 40 in 6 months.
